Thirsty? With so many great breweries in Orange County, — it’s about time for OC to have it’s own beer festival. And, Drink:Eat:Play has brought it to us. If you think OC was only for wine tastings and pairings, think three times.

This one-day event will highlight OC’s top breweries, as well as over 60 other domestic and international brands. The OC beer festival will take place at scenic Irvine Lake, and will feature some finger-lickin’ BBQ, classic In-N-Out and some great 80s glam rock from Metal Shop. The event goes from 2:00 - 5:00 PM and admission gets you UNLIMITED 4 oz. pours of some of the regions top brews and as well other distinct domestic and international brands. And if you happen to miss this one or if the commute for you Angelenos is too cumbersome, Septemberfest comes to Paramount Studios on September 19. Same time, different place. This event can be best defined as America’s answer to Oktoberfest. Having felt shorted for years by German food, Polka music, and Lederhosen, America finally claimed its own tradition of BBQ, 80’s Glam Rock, and Daisy Dukes.
